In this session we will be using the worlds No 1 transformative Breath technique, along with a mindful movement Yoga practise. 

10 min Introduction about Yoga and SOMA Breath
1 hour Hatha Yoga session (suitable for all levels) 
15 minute break 

1 hour SOMA Breath session & guided relaxation
