Krishna is the founder of Unshakable Resilience, a passionate Transformational Coach, an avid Yoga Teacher & recently qualified in SOMA Breath. Krishna is on a mission to unlock human potential by transforming lives one breath at a time. Absolutely, my intention is to create a very safe space to enable you to meet yourself where you are without any judgment. The Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels of experience and there are no crazy bends. Promise. Just do what you can, listen to your body and have fun.
SOMA breath techniques are specifically designed using rhythmic breathing combined with SOMA's music technology to help reduce stress levels, improve mental clarity and replenish your well-being and vitality. Rhythmic breathing increases oxygen and carbon dioxide levels, which release negative emotions in the body, creating a cleansing effect on the body and mind to bring you into a state of peace and stillness. You will be safely guided to enjoy a fun and transformative experience, to regulate your nervous system and cultivate calm from the inside out.
Yes, the venue will do their best to accommodate any specific dietary requirements. (For example, nut free, gluten free ,vegan etc). Please complete the survey that will be sent to you once you have booked so that the venue can make arrangements.
The Awakening Yoga Retreat is being held at the tranquil setting at Wootton Park Wellness Centre, Warwickshire B95 6HJ. 15 minutes from Stratford upon-Avon - surrounded by animals and nature.
Please note we do not offer refunds for Retreats. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another date (provided you give us 21 days notice).
