Absolutely, my intention is to create a very safe space to enable you to meet yourself where you are without any judgment. The Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels of experience and there are no crazy bends. Promise. Various props are also provided. Just do what you can, listen to your body and have fun.
Yes, the venue will do their best to accommodate any specific dietary requirements. (For example, nut free, gluten free ,vegan etc) Please complete the survey that will be sent to you once you have booked so that the venue can make arrangements.

Please note we do not offer refunds for Retreats. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another date (provided you give us 21 days notice).
