10 min Introduction about Yoga and SOMA Breath
1 hour Hatha Yoga session (suitable for all levels)

Absolutely, my intention is to create a yoga and breathwork journey suitable for all levels where options are given along with a series of safety contraindications outlined to ensure you can practise safely. Props (blocks, mats, bolsters, straps etc) are provided during the Yoga session. The workshop is designed to ensure you have a wonderful experience of simply listening to your body and meet yourself wherever you are, keeping an open mind.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, tickets can be transferred to an alternative date for a future workshop, provided you provide 14 days notice.
