I have never done Yoga, can I still come?
Absolutely, my intention is to create a very safe space to enable you to meet yourself where you are without any judgment. The Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels of experience and there are no crazy bends with lots of options provided. Promise. Just do what you can, listen to your body and have fun.
