I have never tried Yoga, can I still come?
Absolutely, my intention is to create a very safe space to enable you to meet yourself where you are without any judgment. The Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels of experience and there are no crazy bends. Promise. Just do what you can, listen to your body and have fun.
I have never done SOMA breath, can I still come?
Absolutely, SOMA breathwork is a credible breathwork technology practiced by millions of people globally. Teachers go through rigorous training by leading experts in the field to ensure you are guided safely to reduce your stress and awaken the power within. (A short health form will be sent after you have registered and if you have any specific questions, then a short consultation can also be provided)
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a mat, blanket and a couple of layers of clothing ! Some yoga props and refreshments will be provided !
What is your refund policy?
Please note we do not offer refunds for workshops. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another date (provided you give us 14 days notice).
